Prakash H Adnur, IRS, 1983 batch, Commissioner of Income Tax(Retired) is the Founder and Chief Editor. He has a multidisciplinary background with post graduate degrees in Geography, Urban and Regional Planning and also in Tourism Management from Indian and Canadian Universities.
Besides more than 25 years of service in Income Tax, he has had varied experience of working in School Of Planning And Architecture, New Delhi, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Town Planning in Goa and also in India Tourism Development Corporation. Dr. B. C.
